*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-kept. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to providing excellent service. *Responsibilities* * Perform routine cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces. * Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various cleaning tasks. * Execute heavy lifting as needed to move furniture or equipment during the cleaning process. * Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and schedules. * Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients promptly. * Conduct commercial cleaning duties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained. * Assist with custodial duties as required, including waste disposal and replenishing supplies. * Participate in facilities maintenance tasks when necessary to support overall operational efficiency. *Experience* * Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with time management techniques to prioritize tasks effectively is essential. * Experience using power tools and hand tools for maintenance or cleaning purposes is advantageous. * Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with clients and team members effectively. * Ability to perform heavy lifting and maintain physical stamina throughout the work shift is required.
