Earthscape, an employee-owned, award-winning design-build firm that specializes in high-end residential landscaping and maintenance, is hiring an Account Manager to join our team! Our focus is on designing thoughtful, creative, and innovative outdoor spaces that offer a unique vision for each client using a wide variety of materials (stone, concrete, wood, stone, etc.) This position will support clients in the Kitchener/Waterloo region, based out of home office in Wallenstein. *Compensation and Benefits for our Account Manager: * * Starting salary of 60,000 to 80,000 annually depending on experience * Extended health and dental benefits * Life insurance and AD&D * Profit sharing and performance bonuses * Participate in our employee share ownership program (ESOP) after 1 year * Tuition reimbursement *Requirements for our Account Manager: * * Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an Account Manager or leadership role in a landscaping company; * Excellent knowledge of landscape materials, encompassing both hard and soft materials; * Tech savvy, ability to use computers and software(G Suite, time tracking software, estimating software, etc.); * College Diploma, Apprenticeship, Certified Horticultural Technician, or University degree in Horticulture or Landscape Technology preferred. *Responsibilities of our Account Manager: * We do not do snow removal in the wintertime! Our winter season is focused on strategy, preparation and relationship building with clients. * Providing best-in-class customer service for our valued clients, while generating enhancement sales with existing clients; * Generating enhancement sales with existing client base; * Converting new opportunities into clients and converting construction clients to maintenance clients; * Ensuring contract renewals and client satisfaction; * Providing hiring and training to the team; * Creating and updating efficient schedules; * Verifying and approving invoices and bills; * Other duties as assigned.
