Join our team at Decked Out Home & Patio! Decked Out Home & Patio Furnishings is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a showroom Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by proactively contacting customers, building relationships, and closing sales deals. Job Responsibilities Generate Sales Leads: * Conduct research, prospecting, and lead generation activities to identify potential customers in the target market. * Utilize various tools and platforms to gather contact information and maintain qualified leads. Build customer relationships. Product Knowledge: * Develop a deep understanding of Decked Out's product offerings, features, and benefits. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance and consultation to help them make informed purchase decisions. * Effectively communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions to potential customers. Sales Closing: * Close sales deals with customers, ensuring maximum profitability while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Overcome objections, address concerns, and handle pricing inquiries to secure orders and drive revenue growth. Order Processing and Documentation: * Accurately process orders, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Maintain thorough and organized records of sales activities and customer interactions. Customer Service and Post-Sales Support: * Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure smooth order fulfillment, delivery, and post-sales support. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond. SKILLS & QUALIFIICATIONS * Previous experience in sales or a related customer service role, preferably in the retail, consumer goods, or home leisure industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. * Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. * Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. * Solid knowledge of hot tubs, swim spas, and related products is a plus. * High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
