*Job Summary* Elite Sports Injury is seeking a dedicated and motivated Physiotherapy Assistant to join our dynamic team in Transcona. This is a full-time role that supports both patient care and clinic operations under the guidance of a certified physiotherapist. This opportunity will support the Team Lead and provides an excellent foundation for advancement to the Team Lead role in August. If you?re looking for an opportunity to grow professionally, make a meaningful impact on patient well-being, and thrive in a collaborative healthcare setting, we?d love to hear from you! *What You?ll Do:* * Guide clients in exercise routines and demonstrate proper equipment use * Support physiotherapists with patient treatments, such as applying heat/ice packs and removing modalities * Manage reception duties, answer phone calls, perform data entry, and support administrative tasks * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to ensure client safety * Oversee inventory of therapy supplies, including stock checks, ordering, and receiving supplies * Keep accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality of patient and company information *Experience* * Completion of, or current enrollment in final year, a degree in kinesiology or diploma in physiotherapy assistance * Reception experience in an office or clinic setting * Practical knowledge of exercise instruction with strong attention to technical detail * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interactions * Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities * Self-motivated with attention to detail and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively * Physical fitness for active participation in patient care *Why Join Us?* Join Elite Sports Injury as a Physiotherapy Assistant and become part of a rewarding healthcare environment where you can make a real difference in patients' lives while advancing your career. *About Elite Sports Injury* Elite Sports Injury Centres are active-based physiotherapy clinics, with five locations across Winnipeg: in St. Vital, downtown, St. James, Bridgwater, and Transcona.
