In addition to high-quality instruction of each individual camp?s theme, our HTS Camp staff are passionate about teaching core values such as respect, teamwork, compassion and honour; enabling each camper to be better citizens in their community. *About This Summer Camp Role:* HTS has exciting summer opportunities to join our Summer Camps as a *Camp Coordinator. * The Camp Coordinator is responsible for planning, leading, and implementing programs and experiences for children in a small group setting. They will also be responsible for the general safety and development, growth, and skill achievement of the participants in their group. *What You Need:* We are inviting candidates with the following qualifications to apply: * High school diploma required, College or higher diploma an asset * High Five, NCCP or other related certifications would be an asset * Previous experience working with children and youth; specific experience working in a summer day camp setting is preferred * Experience in the targeted programming area * Basic First Aid Certification; First Aid/CPR-AED, Vulnerable screening is required * Highly energetic and enthusiastic * Exceptional customer service focus * Strong communication skills (oral), listening skills, ability to ask questions * Independent decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills * Teamwork and cooperation * Must have the physical ability to lead and participate in camp activities which include, but are not limited to, hiking, swimming, team building initiatives, physical games, and activities. *Apply Now* If you are interested in joining us at our attractive Richmond Hill campus we encourage you to apply via our website at www.hts.on.ca Applications will be accepted until April 25, 2025.
