We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team, servicing a small portfolio of personal lines clients, including VIP and high-value homeowners customers. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both new and existing clients, providing exceptional service while managing a variety of administrative and support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with new business and renewal processes
* Navigate company portals and systems to manage client accounts
* Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations
* Report and follow up on claims to ensure timely resolution
* Collaborate with producers to provide seamless service and support to clients
* Address customer inquiries and advise clients on insurance products and coverage options
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with EPIC, Comp-Quote, and various company portals is an asset
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
