<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to join our team helping children with neurodiversity to become the best versions of themselves! The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment and is committed to health and fitness.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Instruct groups of individuals in fitness activities</li><li>Offer support to help clients achieve their fitness goals</li><li>Demonstrate proper form and technique</li><li>Working with the founder, develop, modify and implement specialized training programs for children with neurodiverse challenges including gross motor skills development, flexibility, mobility, balance, strength, and conditioning</li><li>Ensure fitness programs are effective, safe, and most importantly, FUN!!</li><li>Online classes for children at home via Zoom</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience as a personal trainer or in other related fields (i.e. martial arts, dance, gymnastics, etc)</li><li>Ability to train at all fitness levels (children 5 - 9 and 10 - 14)</li><li>Passion for health and fitness, including flexibility, mobility, strength, and balance</li><li>Ability to build rapport with children and parents</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Transportation to-from studio locations in Newmarket and/or Aurora area (Locations TBD)</li></ul></div></div>- LocationNewmarket, ON
