*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to motivate and educate clients on their fitness journeys, while providing exceptional customer service. As a Personal Trainer, you will develop personalized workout plans, monitor client progress, and ensure a safe and effective training environment. *Duties* * Conduct one-on-one training sessions tailored to individual client needs and fitness levels. * Educate clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure proper form and results. * Develop customized fitness programs that align with clients' goals, preferences, and abilities. * Monitor client progress through assessments and regular feedback. * Maintain a clean and organized training area to ensure safety and accessibility. * Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and encourage motivation. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. * Promote your training through the gym's social media. *Experience* * Proven experience as a Certified Personal Trainer. * CPR Certification. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate clients. * Excellent time management skills to efficiently schedule sessions and manage client workloads. * Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey information and foster positive relationships with clients. * A background in customer service is highly valued, ensuring a welcoming environment for all members.
