*Job Overview* We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at telling the story of our brands, treatments, innovation, and how we continue to put patients first in everything we do. You will use effective tactics and campaign strategy based on clear objectives, audience targeting and key performance indicators. You may initiate projects ranging from local campaigns, health awareness, events, treatments, patient storytelling, and company news. You are proactive and innovative. The ability to manage multiple projects as well as an expert social media communication specialist. *Duties* - Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility - Create and publish high-quality content across all social media channels - Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms - Analyze social media data to measure the success of campaigns - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing *Experience* - Must have experience shooting and editing videos -Proficient in proofreading and conducting research - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design is a plus - Knowledge of similar social media management tools - Understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and SEO concepts Job Type: Full-time Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Wellness program * Work from home Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * Social media management: 3 years (required) * Graphic design: 2 years (required) * Digital marketing: 3 years (required) * Adobe Creative Suite: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-12-02- LocationAjax, ON
