Join a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence. *Position Overview:* We are seeking a skilled and motivated Intermediate HR Consultant to join our team. This role will provide critical support to our clients by delivering effective HR solutions that align with their strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in all aspects of human resources management and consulting. A CHRP designation is a definite asset and will be highly valued. Schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday @ 20hrs per week. *Key Responsibilities:* · Provide comprehensive HR consulting services to clients in various industries, with mentorship & support from management. · Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs tailored to client needs. · Recommendation & collaborating with management on employee relations items, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. · Support clients in fostering employee engagement and culture development initiatives. · Full cycle recruitment and selection processes for clients, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding. · Provide recommendations with management support on compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategies. · Stay current with HR trends, legal updates, and best practices. Qualifications: · Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent education and experience will be considered. · CHRP designation is an asset. · 3-5 years of HR consulting or generalist experience. · Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. · Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation and interpersonal skills. · Understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices. · Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment is a definite asset. · Ability to travel to client sites as required.
