*Job Overview* We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash tech willing to do commission based services by owning their own supplies. Training 1:1 is available by an experienced lash tech at an additional cost. Availability 5 days a week part time *Responsibilities* * Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications according to client preferences and safety standards. * Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and ensuring their comfort throughout the service. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable eyelash styles. * Educate clients on aftercare for their eyelash extensions to maintain longevity and appearance. * Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and managing client records. * Promote retail products related to eyelash care and upsell services to enhance client experience. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. * Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and techniques through ongoing training. *Requirements* * Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques is a plus. * Knowledge of various eyelash extension styles and application methods is essentI?ll * A valid lash license may be required based on local regulations. * A positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for beauty are essential for success in this role.
