*Job Summary:* We are seeking a dependable, skilled and dedicated *Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) *to join our wonderful, warm, friendly, kind and respectful team. We are a small privately owned downtown clinic. Hours: Mon-Thu 8-4:30. Salary starting @ $30+ based on experience and qualifications. *Responsibilities:* -Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures and provide patient care and education. - Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments. - Take digital dental x-rays and intraoral photos. - Maintain accurate patient records and charting in Power Practice. - Enter treatment and treatment plans and manage patient flow. *Requirements:* *- Valid certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA) in BC.* -A kind and considerate team player who loves to have fun yet be professional. - Familiarity with Power Practice dental software, digital x-rays, and experience is an asset. - Excellent communication skills and ability to provide compassionate care to all patients. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Punctual. Honest. Self starter.
