We are seeking highly motivated, competent and experienced Apprenticeship Electricains with a high degree of attention to detail, time management, organization, problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. *Responsibilities* * Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements. * Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. * Participate in troubleshooting electrical issues and perform necessary repairs. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards. * Collaborate with team members on projects to ensure timely completion. * Assist in electrical panel upgrades in residentail homes and new construction wiring. * Assist in electrical for ductless mini spilt heat pumps and ducted heat pumps. *Requirements* * Basic understanding of electrical concepts and terminology. * Minimum two years experience. * Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints is preferred. * A strong willingness to learn from experienced professionals in the field. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. * Experience working within residential environments is an asset. * Valid driver's license and clean record. * Must be able to follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
