*Job Description:* ReVital Polymers Inc. is seeking a *Apprentice Electrician ? 442A* for its Sarnia, Ontario facility. We focus on the plastic recovery value chain to preserve non-renewable resources. *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES * · Preventative maintenance of the equipment · Maintenance related projects · Maintenance and repair of electrical systems · Running conduit, hanging cable tray, pulling cable · Panel building · PLC Background is an asset · Maintenance of all shredding equipment, and tools · Interpret instructions, specifications, drawings, and manuals · Follow procedures regarding safety, ISO, work procedures, LOTO, etc. · Assess safety of new tasks and report unsafe conditions to Supervisor · Recommend improvement suggestions · Report process deviations to Supervisor · Other duties as required, may be required to help with other maintenance work which is not specifically electrical *REQUIREMENTS* · Requires physical effort including heavy lifting, moving objects weighing over 50 lbs., when maintaining or troubleshooting equipment · Requires pushing, pulling, reaching, walking, standing, crawling, kneeling, bending, exposure to loud noise and working in cramped positions over and under machinery of all types for sustained periods of time · Ability to wear PPE such as hard hat, safety boots, safety goggles, hearing protection, dust mask etc. *KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS* · Registered Industrial Electrician Apprentice (442A) · Currently working through an Apprenticeship program Qualified candidates, please send your resume and covering letter to: Luciano Corbo ?
