In-Depth Contracting (IDC) is an Ottawa based heavy civil construction company that has over 20 years? experience in large-scale excavations, watermain and sewer construction, site servicing, culvert replacements, shoring, demolition, bridge rehabilitation and building, concrete works, and asphalt paving. We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operator for site preparation, pipe installation, inspection / testing while adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience as a Sewer/Water Pipe Layer or in a similar role within the construction industry. * Perform pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance * Experience with trenching, grading, and backfilling. * Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * RRSP match Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Heavy equipment operation: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationOttawa, ON
