You will be working in cross-functional teams and reporting to the Director of Operations. We work with you to ensure you are continuously challenged and engaged, providing opportunities for personal and professional growth. *Job Duties* * Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. * Opens customer accounts by recording account information. * Maintains customer records by updating account information. * Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustments; following up to ensure resolution. * Conducts extensive research online on our proprietary database. * Prices product selections. * Performs any other duties as assigned by management. *Requirements* * Must have a fast typing speed, with a minimum of 45 words per minute. * Technology friendly. * Good understanding of Microsoft Outlook. * Must be proficient in basic math. * Able to multitask at various jobs. * Available for a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM) with no remote option. * Eye for quality. * Secondary education. * Must be passionate about marketing and customer service and always willing to go the extra mile. *Preferences* * Own reliable transportation. * Preference will be given to bilingual (English & French) candidates. * Experience in the promotional or branding industry is an asset. * Post-secondary education. *Remuneration* * This is an entry-level position initially. * Depending on experience, the salary ranges from $18 to $25 per hour. * Future growth within the company, with potential earnings of $40,000 to $75,000 per year. *Benefits* * Wellness spending account (includes a variety of wellness activities such as personal streaming subscriptions). * Health spending account (for all medical expenses). * Overtime pay. * Bonus pay ? available for discussion. * Business casual dress code. * Quarterly company events. * On-site parking. * Staff lunch on Fridays! _Akran Marketing is an equal opportunity employer.
