Job Opportunity Role: Physiotherapist Start Date: ASAP What We Have To Offer The Facility: Located in Parkdale Interdisciplinary setting with in-house personal training, and sports medicine services Clinic averaging 2-3 new physiotherapy clients each week Fully equipped 3000sq ft gym facility available for personal and clinical use including: Two rogue squat racks Specialty barbells Rogue echo bike Concept 2 ski and rowing ergometer Technogym Skillmill self-propelled curved treadmill Dumbbells up to 70lbs Kettlebells up to 80lbs Cable stack Resistance bands Sled 40ft of turf Compensation: Starting at 55% of billings, with performance incentives working up to 65% Employee Benefits: Structured availability to optimise time Able to take vacation time as needed, with no reasonable request denied Employees are paid with payroll deductions and income tax taken by the Employer Paid Professional Development sessions Employee discounts on in-house services Availability to bring over client roster from previous position What You Have To Offer Qualifications: In Good Standing with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario Acupuncture certification an asset Personal Training certification an asset Experience: Experience using scheduling software Prior experience working in an athletic environment Time Commitment: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Job Description Job Duties: Performance of clinical services within the scope and competency of a physiotherapist. Use of scheduling and billing through ?Jane? or other future online practice management software. Develop professional relationships with clients while providing physiotherapy services. Collaboration between the clinical team and personal training team in the management of clinical or training clientele. Contribution to sales targets through new client acquisition and renewal of existing clientele. Assistance with marketing and community outreach. Assistance in the development of brand awareness through social media and the provision of marketing materials such as pictures and videos. Attendance of meetings, personal, professional development seminars, and team workouts, as reasonably able. Replenishment of supplies such as cleaners, disinfectants, towels, etc. as provided by the Employer. Any other additional duties as required by the Employer.
