*About Us:* Borderline Outdoor was launched by a group of passionate outdoor enthusiasts and experts. Our mission is to support lifelong engagement with outdoor activities through our retail store, online shop, snow school, and glamping site experiences. We believe in enriching our customers' connection with nature and helping them explore and push their limits. *Position Overview:* We?re seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for the outdoors, previous retail experience, and a knack for marketing and social media content creation. *Key Responsibilities:* * Assist customers in selecting and purchasing outdoor gear and apparel. * Provide knowledgeable insights about snowboarding, skiing, and camping products. * Maintain an inviting and organized store environment. * Collaborate on social media marketing efforts, creating engaging posts and content. * Participate in inventory management and merchandising. * Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. *Qualifications:* * Basic knowledge of outdoor activities (snowboarding, skiing, camping). * Previous retail sales associate experience preferred. * Experience in marketing or social media content creation is a plus. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. *Why Join Us?* * Be part of a passionate team dedicated to outdoor adventure. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Employee discounts on all merchandise, snowboarding/skiing courses, and glamping.
