*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, ensuring high-quality standards in both taste and presentation. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. If you have a love for baking and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we would love to hear from you. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies. * Decorate cakes and other baked goods with creativity and precision. * Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards. * Package baked goods for sale while ensuring they are presented attractively. * Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and placing orders as needed. * Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with customers when necessary. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry or restaurant setting. * Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices. * Experience in cake decorating is preferred but not required. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. * Excellent attention to detail and creativity in food preparation and presentation. * Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings or weekends if necessary.
