<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p> </p><p><strong>Hours of work: </strong>Morning shift: 7:00a.m. to 3:15p.m. (Full Time)</p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>This position is responsible for the production of parts on CNC milling machines.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>Minimum:</p><p>1. Two to three years' experience operating CNC vertical and horizontal milling machines</p><p>2. Ability to interpret complex mechanical drawings to set-up and operate CNC milling machines</p><p>3. Advanced understanding <strong>of CNC programming and GD&T</strong></p><p>4. Above average proficiency in the use of measuring instruments</p><p>5. Ability to work independently and within team environment to resolve CNC machining issues effectively</p><p>Preferred:</p><p>1. Three to five years' experience with 3-Axis Vertical and Horizontal Milling Machines</p><p>2. Experience with Mastercam programming is essential</p><p><strong>3. </strong><strong>Understanding of Fanuc operating controls</strong></p><p>4. Machining of small complex aluminum parts</p><p>5. Safety training and certification</p><p><strong>General Duties:</strong></p><p><strong>General Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Accurately interpret and read engineering drawings</li><li>Set up, load, run, and unload CNC Milling and Horizonal machines</li><li>Comply with safety practices, including the use of personal protective equipment</li><li>Housekeeping - Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area</li><li>Perform first off inspections; Ensure part is within tolerances and dimensions provided on inspection sheet and drawing</li><li>Complete process and production records</li><li>Work with others to eliminate repeated rejections and improve quality</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Education:</strong> High School minimum.
