We are looking for a talented and results-driven *SEO and Social Media Manager* to join our team and help us enhance our online presence and drive engagement with our audience. *Key Responsibilities:* * Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic. * Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and optimize on-page and off-page content. * Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing goals. * Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and website analytics. * Stay updated with the latest SEO and social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that align with our brand voice. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in SEO and managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). * Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). * Excellent communication and content creation skills. * Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging social media posts. * Familiarity with paid social media campaigns is a plus. *What We Offer:* * Competitive salary * Growth opportunities * Collaborative work environment * A chance to shape the digital strategy of a growing company *How to Apply:* Please send your resume, cover letter, and portfolio of previous work to info@smartecsolutions.ca.
