*Hours: * Week 1 8am-3.30 Saturday 8am-3.30 Sunday Week 2: 8am-3.30 Sunday *Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality meal preparation in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall dining experience of our guests. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. * Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and handling regulations. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils. * Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. * Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure high standards are met. *Experience* * Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. * Familiarity with meal preparation, food handling, and food safety practices is essential. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
