*Job Summary* Boat Builder is an experienced trades-person who is able to deliver a high level of craftsmanship and execute on detailed work plans with a high degree of autonomy. Experienced in working with a variety of wood and composite materials associated with boat building, as well as all the hand and power tools required for the various processes. This role works collaboratively with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. *Duties and Responsibilities* * Action work plans to advance projects with a high degree of autonomy and discernment * Operate all shop equipment ensuring safety for themselves and other. * Stays current and knowledgeable of all materials and product applications * Works collaboratively as part of a team in creating a supportive and welcoming culture. * Operating in a safe manner to ensure safety of self and others Join our team as a Builder where your skills will contribute significantly to our projects while fostering an environment of growth and excellence in craftsmanship! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00-$29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Extended health care * On-site parking Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationPleasantville, NS
