*Job Overview* We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work well in a team environment, and a commitment to safety and quality. *Responsibilities* * Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites. * Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Load and unload materials and equipment as needed. * Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols. * Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. * Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project duration. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. *Requirements* * Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. * Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety guidelines. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting. * Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. * A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.
