We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join our dynamic team! The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the efforts of the shop. They must have experience in high quality collision repair. They must be an effective leader with above average management and supervisory skills and must have a good understanding of insurance claims procedures and policies. The Production Manager must be able to delegate responsibilities to those reporting to The Production Manager. It is imperative that this manager possess a good work attitude, excellent personal time management and organizational skills, and foster a positive team spirit both within the department as well as between other departments in support with the overall philosophy of the company and fellow employees. *Requirements:* * Minimum 5 years collision shop managerial experience preferred * Equivalent experience in the auto body/collision industry * Thorough experience with insurance policies and procedures * Excellent communication skills ? verbal and written * Flexibility to work different shifts/overtime hours as needed * Comfortable working on the computer in numerous programs and on the phones * Class 5 Drivers license * Highly organized * Detail orientated * Goal orientated * Salary dependent on experience If you are seeking to advance your career by being part of a large, successful company, we want to hear from you!
