About the Position: We are seeking a high-volume Bilingual Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role plays a critical role in our national recruitment initiatives, focusing on proactively sourcing and recruiting top talent to fill positions across the country. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting and sourcing candidates to conducting pre-screening interviews and facilitating a seamless hiring process for managers.
