Job Description The HVAC/R technician performs installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on heating, ventilation, and airconditioning (HVAC) systems for commercial properties. The employee will be responsible for ensuring thatHVAC/R systems operate safely, efficiently, and effectively. Job Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems and components, including ductwork, compressors, condensers, and other equipment. Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems, including changing filters, lubricating moving parts and checkingelectrical connections to ensure proper performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance and performance issues with HVAC systems and recommend appropriate repairand replacement solutions. Perform repair work on HVAC systems, including replacing worn or broken parts, repairing refrigerant leaks, andadjusting system controls. Monitor and test HVAC systems to ensure that they operate efficiently- LocationAbbotsford, BC
