This role requires a broad financial and business perspective, demonstrated problem solving skills and excellent relationship management.Key ActivitiesPreparation of monthly management reports, variance analysis and metrics summary, with emphasis on report adaptation, automation and documentation based on changing needs and priorities.Participate in developing / implementing new financial models, methodologies, and frameworks to enhance ongoing reporting, audit and analysis for the business on an ad-hoc basis.Extract critical pieces of information and understand key business drivers in order to prepare presentations which communicate the financial results and key messages to business leaders.Preparation of quarterly forecast, annual plan and medium-term outlook in collaboration with business partners.Work closely with internal business partners in Product, Sales & Pricing, Affinity Market and Underwriting to provide insights on business drivers.Perform ad hoc analysis on a wide variety of issues that arise in the General Insurance business.Participate in business initiative- LocationToronto, ON
