*Job Overview* We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. *Responsibilities* * Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment. * Load and unload materials and tools as needed for various projects. * Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. * Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met. * Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site. *Requirements* * Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately. * Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments. * Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus. * Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings.
