Provincial Homecare is hiring a Human Resources Administrator. If you are looking for a fast-paced and dynamic work environment we would be glad to receive your application. The HR Administrator will join our HR team to assist with a variety of HR specific functions focused around the training and qualifications of new home support staff.
*Roles & Responsibilities Include:*
- Data entry and maintenance of Human Resource Management System
- Tracking and recording new employee qualifications
- Assist the Human Resources team in document management
- Telephone and email correspondence with employees
- Tracking and monitoring employee requests
- Assistance with Provincial Homecare programs and employee enrollment in training programs
- Various additional tasks as assigned
*Ideal Candidates has experience in the following:*
- Time management
- Exceptional organization skills
- The ability to work in teams or independently
- Experience using MS Office Suite. (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Previous experience or education in an HR capacity or in an administrative role
- Experience using Alayacare, DocuSign, job posting sites such as Indeed, and basic social media marketing skills are all considered assets.
*Educational Requirements*
Candidates with a education or work experience in business administration, office administration or human resources will be given preference. However, Provincial Homecare encourages anyone to apply.
