Howitt Construction Ltd is looking for an experienced Class 1 driver with experience hauling aggregate from west of Caroline to a stockpile at Dickson Dam. The successful candidate will have experience hauling aggregate with end dump/side dump trailers and maintaining log books. Compensation will be based on experience. Position Requirements: * must be able to safely transport aggregate, * chain up if necessary, * maintain log book, * complete walk arounds and daily paperwork, * be moderately mechanically inclined, * provide clean five year driver's abstract. Work schedule is tentatively Dec 2 - April 1, 10 hours/day and 5-6 days a week. Holiday time off is Dec 22 - Jan 2. Must have minimum 3 years of winter driving experience. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: * 10 hour shift * Day shift * Overtime Experience: * End dump: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: * Class 1 Licence (required) Work Location: On the road Expected start date: 2024-12-02- LocationInnisfail, AB
