*COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION* * Starting: *$23.32/hour* ($21.47/hour base rate + $0.60/hour shift premium + $1.25/hour weekly attendance incentive) * After 6 months: *$25.70/ hour* ($23.85/hour base rate + $0.60/hour shift premium+ $1.25/hour weekly attendance incentive) * Pension & Benefits *MAIN DUTIES* * Ability to use a high pressure hose and cleaning chemicals to sanitize the production area/equipment * Must adhere to standard operating procedures * Maintain good manufacturing practices as related to hygiene, allergen, handling and temperature control * Other duties as assigned *QUALIFICATIONS* * Demonstrated understanding of food safety * Successful completion of WHMIS training (company to provide training) * Successful completion of Aerial Lift Operator & Working at Heights certification (or willingness to complete. Company-paid training is available) * Ability to meet the physical demands of the position * Demonstrated recent satisfactory performance and attendance *AVAILABLE SHIFTS* Monday - Friday 9:00pm - 5:00am, including a 30 minute paid lunch *COMPANY AND JOB DESCRIPTION* *Exceldor Cooperative* is proud to be the exclusive manufacturer and marketer of BUTTERBALL branded turkey products in Canada. Along with the BUTTERBALL brand, Exceldor produces a variety of high-quality Turkey products. At Exceldor Cooperative in Hanover, Ontario is currently hiring on their production line. Reporting to the Supervisor, the Production worker is responsible for constructing and processing food products. This position involves repetitive work with a need for speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
