We are currently hiring a *Sales Associate *at our Main Street, Corner Brook, NL location. *Job Responsibilities:* * Provide outstanding service when assisting customers, both in-person and on the phone, answering their questions and helping them find merchandise to complete their project * Complete sales transactions using registers, scanners and credit card/debit card terminals * Prepare estimates/quotations * Continually learn and expand knowledge of product offering * Create and replenish product displays * Comply with all company policies and procedures * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and managers *The Ideal Candidate:* * Has a customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional customer service * Has excellent communication skills and a professional attitude * Works well in a fast-paced environment * Works well as part of a team * Is willing to learn and use computers Previous experience in building supply/hardware sales would be considered an asset, however, is not essential.
