The driver also supports overall store operations to meet excellent customer service and operational standards. *Duties & Responsibilities* * Safe and efficient movement of product * Checking invoices to ensure that the parts ordered were correctly pulled for delivery to the customer * Accounting for cash on COD (Collect on Delivery) orders, and maintaining an accurate, detailed delivery log * Comply with customer service delivery strategies and delivery tracking procedures * Ensure proper utilization of delivery management tools and systems * Organize pick-up of customer returns and cores * Checking in stock orders and stocking products on the shelves * Cleaning and routine maintenance functions for the delivery vehicle and the store * Adhering to all safety rules, including the handling of hazardous materials *Job Requirements:* * 1-year of driving experience with a valid ?G? class or above Ontario Driver License * Clean Driver?s Abstract * Must be able to lift 50lbs * Must possess excellent customer service skills * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Must be a permanent resident or have a work permit * Heavy Duty/Automotive Parts supply experience is an asset * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Exceptional attention to detail * Availability to work weekends *Education / Certification* Heavy Duty / Automotive Parts and industrial parts supply background and/or knowledge, 1-year delivery experience, high school diploma, valid driver?s license & clean driver abstract.
