Job details
Reporting jointly to the Director of Philanthropy and the Manager of Finance, the Database Administrator is responsible for ensuring that donor and donation records are entered/updated with high accuracy in the donor database. The role includes ensuring that gifts and data are entered in the system according to CRA standards and principles that will guarantee the integrity of the database, and the accuracy of the information entered. This position is a key player of the Fund Development team. The incumbent will demonstrate administrative efficiency and accuracy as well as a strong commitment to the Donor Bill of Rights and provide customer service to donors inquiring about their donations.
