*Job Summary* Beer Bread is looking for dynamic and excited culinary enthousiasts to join our growing and evolving team, that is being led by our experienced and newly acquired Executive Chef. Expect to learn, be challenged and have fun while doing it! *Responsibilities* * Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and standards. * Ensure all food items are properly stored, labeled, and rotated to maintain freshness. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment. * Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure safe food handling practices. * Support cooks and chefs in various tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes. * Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages. * Participate in cleaning duties during closing shifts to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next day. *Skills* * 2-3 yrs Experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred * Knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal preparation processes. * Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. * Basic understanding of food handling practices and procedures. * Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing kitchen needs.
