And we live it too.</span></p><strong>SISIP FINANCIAL</strong><p><span>A full suite of financial solutions, tailored to the realities of our Canadian Armed Forces Members and their families, is offered through the SISIP Financial division within CFMWS. In addition to conventional insurance, investment and financial advice products and services, we pride ourselves in delivering preventative financial education and, where required, counselling, to support our members? financial wellbeing. At SISIP, we keep our members at the center of everything we do. Our ultimate target is the right solution at the right time for our members, and our commission-free environment reinforces this. As a social enterprise, the profits we make help fund programs within the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) community to benefit members and their families.</span></p> <p><span>SISIP Financial services are available to Canadian Armed Forces Members both virtually and in-person. We have 23 offices located in CAF communities across Canada. Our national office is located in Ottawa.</span></p> <p> </p><strong>THE ROLE</strong><p><span>This position plays an important role providing quality client services to our military members and their families. We promote and encourage military members to financial plan, not only for themselves but their families as well. We believe that when members of the Canadian Armed Forces are able to take good care of themselves and their families, they can do better both at home and at work. You will have the important role to greets clients and potential clients, ascertain the nature of business and determine their needs. You will be liaising with clients, advisor and fund companies to facilitate trade requests. You will need to be a compassionate, empathetic and detail-oriented person who possess strong listening and oral communication skills to be successful in this role. Patience, a passion for helping people and being a team player are also essential attributes. Each day you will make a difference in the lives of clients and will be contributing to improving the quality of life for our military.</span></p> <p> </p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong><p><span><strong><span>Education, Certifications and Licenses</span></strong><span> </span></span></p> <p><span>College diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration or a related field AND some years of experience in office administration, banking or a related field</span></p> <p><span><strong><span>Experience</span></strong><span> </span></span></p> <p><span>In providing administrative services in a financial planning, counselling and/or insurance environment<br>In office administration<br>In maintaining filing systems<br>In proofreading<br>In data entry, data manipulation, record-keeping and retrieval techniques<br>In drafting correspondence and reports </span></p> <p><span><strong><span>Competencies, Skills and Abilities</span></strong></span></p> <p><span><span>Client </span><span>focus, </span><span>organizational </span><span>knowledge, </span><span>communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.</span></span></p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><p><span>Greet visitors, establish nature of business and direct visitors to appropriate person.</span><br><br><span>Contact clients to arrange appointments, reviews or advise of deficiencies in completed forms, including fielding of basic queries regarding financial services.</span><br><br><span>Collaborate with
