We are looking to hire a Law Clerk who can meet the needs of our firm that does both Solicitor and Litigation work. Real Estate and Family Law experience would be an asset. We try to be as barrier-free as possible, but if you require accommodations, please let us know. *What We Need* We are looking for a Law Clerk with at least 2 years? experience in transactional real estate. You should be organized, comfortable providing exceptional customer service, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment. You will ideally have experience with Teraview, Cosmolex, Lawyer Done Deal, Unity Lender Centre, Divorcemate, CaseLines and the Family Court portal. Some bookkeeping experience is an asset. Your responsibilities will include providing assistive services to a team of lawyers as well as shared reception and administrative duties. Your time will be roughly divided as follows to start: 40% reception/administration, 40% Family Law, 20% Real Estate Law. This distribution may change as the needs of the firm evolve. *Compensation* $30-35/hour, commensurate with experience. *Hours* Monday ? Friday, 9:00 a.m. ? 5:00 p.m. *Who You Are* We are seeking team members with a positive outlook, growth mindset, energy, sense of humour and initiative.
