Our friendly office located blocks away from Surrey Central is looking for a junior level receptionist who is warm, caring, motivated with excellent work ethics. Experience with Cleardent would be an asset, but we are happy to train the right person! This is a full time position, 4 to 5 days a week. Our paperless office opens from Tuesday to Saturday. On-site free parking right in front of the office. Qualifications required for the position: * Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken * Punjabi speaking is preferred * Friendly and professional phone manners * Ability to perform tasks as instructed in a timely manner * Detail orientated with high level of accuracy * Capable of clearly communicating financial and dental health information * Willingness to learn * Certificate in Dental receptionist training Responsibilities: · Confirming and booking patients, billing and checking insurance eligibility · Sending pre auth and following up with insurance approvals · Assistance with account receivables, solving unpaid claims · Answering phone calls, monitoring patient flow · Stocking supplies and running errands as needed Minimal working experience required: 6 months We are actively interviewing applicants and looking forward to meeting you! \*\*Please only apply if you have previously worked in a dental office in Canada.\*\* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking * Wellness program Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): * Have you worked in a dental office in Canada before?
