We are seeking an enthusiastic *Talent Acquisition Manager* to lead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the growing needs of our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for finding the right candidates to join our team. Additionally, they will play a key role in onboarding staff as well as staff engagement initiatives to ensure a positive and engaging work environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
* Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Collaborate with the Vice President to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
* Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
* Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
* Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
* Develop and execute staff engagement programs to promote a positive work culture.
* Partner with management to identify and address employee engagement issues.
* Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
* Gather and analyze employee feedback to continuously improve engagement initiatives.
*Additional Responsibilities:*
* *Onboarding and Orientation:* Design and conduct orientation programs, create onboarding materials, and ensure new hires have a smooth transition.
* *Talent Development:* Identify training needs, develop career pathways, and assist in creating training programs.
* *Performance Management:* Support performance reviews, implement performance improvement plans, and provide constructive feedback.
* *Employee Relations:* Mediate disputes, conduct exit interviews, and gather feedback to improve retention.
* *Employer Branding:* Develop and implement employer branding strategies, manage social media presence, and promote the company as an employer of choice.
* *Diversity and Inclusion:* Promote diversity initiatives and support inclusive practices.
* *HR Administration:* Maintain employee records
* *Event Planning:* Organize recruitment events, job fairs, and company-wide events.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of current recruitment processes and techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates.
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in staff engagement and employee relation
