*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong electrical knowledge and hands-on experience in Emergency Generator maintenance with resistance load bank testing. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, along with the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently. *Duties* * Perform regular maintenance tests on generators and related systems * Must have knowledge of resistive load bank testing * Troubleshoot and repair generator issues * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks * Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of equipment * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Maintain accurate records of work performed * Participate in on-call rotations and be available for emergency repairs * Must have knowledge of safety standards and procedures *Experience* * Must hold a Red Seal Journeyman qualification in Electrical * Must hold a valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract * Ability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently * Excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills with attention to detail * Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and customers Join our team as an Electrician/Generator Technician where your skills will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and performance in our operations.
