*Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and connect with customers in a positive and impactful manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for our products and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, driving sales, and enhancing customer experiences through product demonstrations and exceptional service. *Duties* * Engage with customers in various settings, including retail environments, events, and promotional activities. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer interaction and feedback. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting products effectively within the target market. * Utilize public speaking skills to present information confidently to groups of varying sizes. * Collect feedback from customers to relay insights back to the company for continuous improvement. * Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends. *Requirements* * Proven experience in customer service or food service roles is preferred. * Strong sales skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus. * Experience in public speaking or presentations is highly desirable. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for engaging with people and promoting products. * Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
