What is it? The Service BDC Representative is the first point of contact for customers coming into our Service Department. They build lasting relationships with customers, and advise them on the best practices for keeping their vehicles safe and properly maintained. The Service BDC Representative work with our Sales team, Service Advisors and experienced Technicians to provide the outstanding service that our customers have come to expect. What can I expect? A Service BDC Representative joining our team will be fully trained on all of the processes and software they will be using, including the overall aspects of the parts and service departments of the dealership. This will begin with learning about each department in the dealership- LocationNorth Bay, ON
