*Overview*
Purely Wicked is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between our retail sales and management teams. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing our online ordering system through Shopify, handling customer emails, maintaining office organization, and supporting our team with clerical and data entry tasks. A background in retail, strong communication skills, and a familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office are essential for this position.
*Responsibilities*
? Online Order Management:
? Maintain and update our online ordering system using Shopify.
? Assist with online customer inquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses to emails.
? Administrative Support:
? Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents for accuracy and professionalism.
? Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain organized records and databases.
? Help organize sales data, schedules, and support management in coordinating tasks. ? Office Organization and Supplies:
? Maintain an organized filing system, both electronic and paper-based.
? Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
? Support daily office operations, including managing office supplies and general clerical tasks.
? Communication Management:
? Manage phone system, handling incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
? Coordinate email responses and ensure professional, timely communication with customers and partners.
? Scheduling and Payroll Support:
? Assist with payroll scheduling and tracking, as well as other HR-related tasks as needed. Qualifications:
? Experience with Shopify, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
? Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
? Strong administrative skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
? Retail background is beneficial.
? Strong organizational and time-management skills.
? Professional communication and phone etiquette.
