Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct staff
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Provide customer service
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
