*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a warehouse environment. This role requires a strong understanding of fabrication processes and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. If you are passionate about manufacturing and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply. *Responsibilities* * Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety. * Fabricate components according to specifications and production schedules. * Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime. * Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any issues encountered. * Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards. * Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines within the warehouse environment. * Assist in training new operators on machine functions and safety practices. *Qualifications* * Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a warehouse setting is preferred. * Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. * Familiarity with fabrication processes is highly desirable. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues. * Willingness to adhere to safety standards and practices at all times. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$23.22 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationHamilton, ON
