As a Registered Dental Assistant in our clinic. As part of the dental team, you will be working one on one with our patients creating a calm & friendly atmosphere. The successful candidate will have a passion for building patient relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

*Key Responsibilities:*
Reviewing the schedule so you and the dentist can work effectively and efficiently to provide qualify care to each patient
Assisting in resolving patient issues in a caring and friendly manor
Communicating accurately with the administrative staff in regards to treatment completed for patients and any future treatment that would be required to maintain good oral health for that patient
Assisting the dentist clinical by having the room set up in advance and anticipating anything the dentist may need during the procedure while keeping on time with the schedule
Sterilization duties of keeping the instruments clean, doing bowie dyck tests and keeping up with all current sterilization protocols
Assisting dentist, hygienist as well as other assistants in tasks that would be need to give patients the best of care, keeping the schedule flowing in a timely fashion or helping with sanitization and sterilization protocols
Keeping track and reporting any supplies that would be needed and reporting if any equipment needed a repair or replacement
Making sure that tidiness and cleanliness is maintained throughout every area of the office
Other day-today duties as assigned
*Schedule:*
Monday: 9-5pm
Tuesday: 2-8pm
Wednesday: 9-5pm or Off
Thursday: 12-8pm
Friday: 9-5pm or Off
Saturday: 9-4pm - 2-3 Saturdays a month & closed on all long weekends
*What We?re Looking For From You*
1 year of previous dental assistant experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
Outstanding communication skills
Positive attitude and is professional with patients and staff
Highly organized and reliable
RecallMax and Tracker experience are an asset but not necessary, training can be provided on the job
