<p>Forvis Mazars is a global Top 10 audit and advisory network composed of two independent partnerships with over 40,000 people in more than 100 countries. </p><p>Our firm in Canada, with offices in Montreal, Outaouais, and Toronto, brings together nearly 250 professionals offering a full range of services in the audit, accounting, tax, and advisory. </p><p><strong>About the Role </strong></p><p>As a Production and Documentation Center Technician at Forvis Mazars, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to our mission of providing top-tier audit and advisory services. </p><p>Your role will involve managing and producing high-quality financial and professional documents to support our operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. </p><p><strong>Your responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li><p>Perform linguistic review and formatting of financial statements and letters, including financial calculations, correspondence production, and various documents. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Produce final PDF documents and upload them to our various online platforms. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Print and assemble financial statements, letters, tax returns, and prepare bindings for grouped documents. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Prepare fee notes at the request of partners, executive directors, and other mandate leaders. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Create client and mandate profiles in the CRM. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Your Profile </strong></p><ul><li><p>DEC or DEP in secretarial studies or office administration </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellence in spoken and written French and English, especially in linguistic revision </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Knowledge of French and English typographic rules </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficiency with the Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Knowledge of PDF-XChange </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Familiarity with Caseware and Caseview (an asset) </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficiency in French and English, to effectively interact with all our clients in Quebec and beyond.??????? </p></li></ul><p><strong>Your Skills </strong></p><ul><li><p>Excellent management of priorities and deadlines </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Attention to detail and thoroughness </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Autonomy, initiative, and teamwork skills </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Availability and flexibility </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Respectfulness and courtesy </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Initiative and organizational skills </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Adaptability </p></li></ul><p><strong>Why choose Forvis Mazars in Canada? </strong></p><p>Choosing Forvis Mazars in Canada means choosing a world-class company... on a human scale.
