You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the processes related to tax credit claims and supporting the team in various administrative and technical tasks.</span></span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span><span>To ensure your success, we will provide comprehensive support throughout your integration and ongoing work, specifically in technical aspects related to SR&ED and other tax incentives. This guidance will help you build confidence and expertise in these specialized areas, allowing you to thrive in your role.</span></span></span></span><br></p><p><span><span><span><span><span><span><b>Your responsibilities</b></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span><span><span>Compile costs related to tax credit claims using Excel and other specialized software, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>Collaborate with tax and technical staff involved in each project, asking relevant questions and taking detailed notes.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>Complete tax credit forms through TaxPrep and ensure timely submission of all required forms to the relevant tax authorities.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>Manage and submit prescribed forms (e.g., T661, authorizations) to tax authorities and follow up on related interactions, such as additional requests or audits.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>Tracking contributions, correspondence, and client accounts with tax authorities.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>Assisting with invoicing, service agreements, and other administrative tasks.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>Contribute to process improvement initiatives while maintaining focus on task execution and quality.</span></span></span></span></li></ul><p><span><span><span><span><span><span><b>Your Skills and Experience</b></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span>You?re probably a match if you have:</span></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span><span><span>A diploma in accounting (DEC) or equivalent.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>At least 3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, ideally in accounting or tax.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>An interest in SR&ED tax credits and other government incentive programs (experience is an asset).</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a keen ability to learn and adapt.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>???????A demonstrated ability to work independently, with a capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks asynchronously.</span></span></span></span><br></li><li><span><span><span><span>Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both French and English, as we work with clients across and outside of Quebec.</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>Proficiency with MS Office, particularly
