Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Fruit and vegetable combination farming. Tasks: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Supervision: 5-10 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Overtime required. Personal suitability: Organized. Team player.
